Hooray, an episode! Timely, eh? Yeah, it’s been a while…sorry.

Today on the program I’ll be talking about Man-Thing #5 – Night of the Laughing Dead. This is special to me because this is the very first issue of Man-Thing I ever bought (with my own money). It is also the first Power Records adaptation I ever owned as well. So I’m a bit nostalgic about this one.

In fact, I’m so nostalgic the whole opening to the show is basically a trip down memory lane to a legendary place called The Bizarre of All Nations located in the mythical land of Upper Darby. This was basically a giant indoor flea market – or maybe a combination flea market/mall. Or maybe you’d call it a proto-mall. It was weird is what I’m saying. And it was awesome.
